SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations
Styling Lab currently ships to the countries and regions that are available at checkout. Shipping options and costs are displayed before payment. Our current launch focus is the Netherlands.

Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated transit time is 4–9 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is therefore 6–12 business days after placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the statutory period.

Shipping rates for the Netherlands
Standard shipping costs €6.95 for orders below €55.
Standard shipping is free for orders of €55 or more.
The final available shipping method and price are always shown at checkout.

Incorrect address and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. If an order has already shipped, a change may no longer be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be charged where legally permitted.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact info@stylinglabofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where applicable. Styling Lab remains responsible for delivery to the customer and will arrange an appropriate solution.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear.
