REFUNDS & RETURNS 

We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we aim to make the refund and return process as smooth as possible.

RETURN WINDOW (30 DAYS)

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your itemto request a return.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  2. In the same condition as received
  3. Unworn or unused
  4. With tags attached
  5. In its original packaging
  6. With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR LOST ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, we can offer either a refund or a replacement, no return is required.

To process the claim, clear photo or video evidence must be provided.

CHANGE OF MIND / UNWANTED ITEMS

If your order arrives in good condition but you no longer want the item, we are unable to offer a full refund due to international shipping costs already incurred.

However, you may choose to return the item to your own address for resale or other handling.

RETURNING ITEMS (RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE)

Returns are possible under the conditions below to ensure smooth processing:

  1. Return Deadline
    Customers must request a return within 30 days after delivery.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns submitted after this period.

  2. Return Shipping Responsibility
    The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping, including any customs clearance requirements.
    Please do not use a shipping method that relies on recipient-side customs clearance, as our warehouse cannot receive packages sent this way.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including:
