During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on United States regulations or carrier restrictions.

6. FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt fails, address information is incorrect, or a package cannot be delivered, the order may be returned to us.

If this happens, we will contact you and arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
